constipation ???

Defecation is the most important way for the body to eliminate wastes and toxins, usually once a day.  If you have irregular bowel movements, or have constipation, or even more than 3 days between bowel movements, it means that you have stool in your intestines. 

Stool remains in the intestines, and harmful substances are absorbed again, which can cause gastrointestinal nerve dysfunction and cause loss of appetite, gastrointestinal discomfort, abdominal fullness, painful mouth, excessive anal exhaust, and even induce colon cancer. 

The most important way to clear the body is to adjust the diet, increase the intake of dietary fiber, and strengthen exercise at the same time. Do not take laxatives or wash the bowel easily, otherwise it will easily cause intestinal dysfunction.
